- Final payment due 90 days prior departure
- Programs to Antarctica must inform dates and flight of arrival, transfers are not included
- Antarctic check-in at 2:30PM
- Any special nutritional assistance must be required on reservation sheet
- All disembark and landing procedure rules must be followed by all the passengers
Cancellations & Refunds
- Any cancellation must be on written
- Cancellation prior 100 days to departure will be refunded less administration fee of USD 300 and Antarctic fee USD 500 per person
- Within 100 days cancellations money will be forfeited, if the total amount has not been paid it will be considered as a due
- Any part of the trip not fulfilled bye the passengers is not refundable
- Cancellation Travel Insurance is recommended

- Proper clothing for Antarctica is recommended, such as warm clothes and rainwear
- For landings special clothing is required so our leaders will bring it to you (parka and boots)
